MULTIFORMAT ELECTROLUMINESCENT DISPLAY.

Abstract

The objective of the study was to design key circuit building blocks that incorporated the characteristics required for a prototype thin film electroluminescent (TFEL) display. These building blocks were: Column and row driver circuits that incorporated the flooding and cross-talk suppression functions; Digital memory and logic circuits, and An ultra-audio power supply.
