DESIGN STUDY FOR A SUGGESTED WAVE GAGE ARRAY OFF POINT MUGU, CALIFORNIA.

Abstract

The report presents a design for a wave-gage array for possible use at an experimental groin at Point Mugu, California. The function of the gage was to provide information on the directionality of the combined incoming waves, and yield data for operationally testing proposed schemes for computing the directional wave spectrum.
