During this year three self-completion questionnaires were administered to samples of men entering officer candidate schools. Data were obtained about various attitudes, social relations, values, experiences and personality characteristics. Sub-samples of kibbutz youth and an individually-matched urban group were selected. Analyses have been carried out. Comparisons between the two sub-samples on the different variables. (Author)
