PULSE-SHAPE ANISOTROPY IN THE SCINTILLATION RESPONSE OF STILBENE,

Abstract

The scintillation pulse-shape response of trans-stilbene as a function of the direction of the primary ionizing radiation (5 MeV alpha particles) was measured. The maximum variation of the pulse-shape anisotropy R was found to be less than two percent. (Author)
