ONE L-OPTIMAL ALGORITHM FOR INSTRUCTING LEARNING SYSTEMS,

Abstract

During the training of recognition systems based on minimum mean square error it is necessary to solve a system of linear algebraic equations which can turn out to be degenerate or poorly stipulated. An algorithm for the approximate solution of such systems is proposed below and an evaluation of disparity is given. (Author)
