DEVICE FOR AUTOMATIC ANALYSIS OF DIGITAL COMPUTER CIRCUITS,
Abstract
An Author Certificate was issued for equipment used in automatic analysis of the circuits of a digital computer, containing an input unit, a control unit, a potential reaction register, a unit for switching the observations points, a unit for fixing the response reaction of the circuit, and a unit for reaction analysis and for indicating the analysis results. To attain logic flexibility, to increase the number of reaction types and the number of communication channels with the analyzed circuit, and to introduce program transfer in the self analysis regime, the device contains an input register, a summing register, an amplifier register, a synchropulse pickup, an instruction register, a register for storing microprogram in formation, a cycle counter, and a comparing element.
