Abstract

The directives of the 23rd Congress of the CPSU regarding the Five-Year-Plan for the Development of the National Economy of the USSR for the 1966-1970 period call for accelerating growth rates in a number of production sectors, including that of radio and electronics, to a large degree determinant of the nation's scientific and technological progress. In recent years, important achievements have been reached in the further development of this branch of industry. A wide range of electronic devices and systems have been created for science, industry, and agriculture which are assisting the people of the Soviet Union in their successful building of a Communist society.
