Abstract

The report is one of three volumes dealing with the development and application of the technique for establishing personnel performance standards (TEPPS). This technical manual treats the major subject areas of man-machine model development and many of the basic methodological problems which associate with modeling human performance in a systems context. The specific rationale which underlies TEPPS' methodology is also included. (Author)
