Abstract

The report describes the results of a test application of TEPPS (Technique for establishing personnel performance standards) by a Navy analyst team. The primary purpose of the test was to determine the facility with which Navy system analysts could apply TEPPS and interpret the results. Results of the test are interpreted both by its developers and the Naval Personnel Research and Development Laboratory. (Author)
