THEORY OF ERRORS OF CELESTIAL NAVIGATION.

Abstract

The analysis considers principally a method of eliminating the bias introduced as a result of incorrect estimates of the dip of the horizon in celestial navigation by sextant. In addition, several other considerations germane to celestial navigation and bearing piloting are treated briefly. (Author)
