ELECTROLUMINESCENT THIN FILM RESEARCH.
Abstract
During the period covered in the sixth interim technical report an investigation of new deposition techniques and layer structure of electroluminescent panels was undertaken, new phosphor activators and dielectric layers were explored, procedures for testing and correlating performance characteristics and processes for replicating panels with desired characteristics were established, sealants for environmental protection were evaluated, and solid-state circuitry used in several demonstration display devices was developed.
