UNSOUND PLANNING PRACTICES SCORED,
Abstract
The article concerns practices in planning an organization of capital construction and the resultant consequences. More than half the construction organizations in Kazakhstan failed to meet their planning schedule and with the implementation of more realistic planning these problems could be alleviated. Plans must be scientifically sound to meet the goals of the Five Year Plan.
