Abstract

This report describes a computer program written in BASIC language which calculates the stresses and strains in a monobloc, hollow, closed-end cylinder subjected to internal pressure. Examples of typical calculations are given, including, among others, conditions that cause autofrettage and reverse yielding. (Author)
