TESTING A HYPOTHESIS ON INNOVATION BY MEASUREMENT OF ORGANIZATIONAL GOAL STRUCTURES.

Abstract

A set of measures of innovation in an organization is derived from content-analysis of organization communication at successive time points. The data are used to test a hypothesis that innovation in divisionally controlled programs is positively related to division performance. (Author)
