INTERACTION OF ELECTRONS OF AVERAGE ENERGIES WITH THIN THERMOPLASTIC LAYERS,

Abstract

In the article an attempt is made to study the processes of charging of rosin of different thickness in the 1-15 micrometers range at different energies of electron beam, and also to explain how these parameters influence the depth of the geometrical relief of recording.
