Abstract
The research report presents the final results of research concerned with the development of procedures for determining the number of instructors and technical and training supervisors required for officer skill training in Navy fleet and BuPers training activities. The instrument includes procedures for establishing the man-hour workload of instructors as derived from their instructional, preparation, related, and military duties; and then calculation of the number of instructors required to perform the established man-hour workload and the number of supervisors that are required to supervise the instructors.
