PULSED LIGHT SOURCES,

Abstract

The book discusses problems in the physical theory of a pulsed discharge, the radiation of a pulsed discharge, and the principal parameters and structural aspects of pulsed gas-discharge light sources. These light sources have found wide application in electronics and automation, in optical communications, in photography and cinematography, in printing, etc. Typical wiring diagrams for pulsed light sources are presented.
