METHOD OF DETERMINING THE MUTUAL ORIENTATION ELEMENTS OF AERIAL PHOTOGRAPHS,

Abstract

The invention involves a method used in determining the mutual orientation elements of aerial photographs. The method is based on the determination of the mutual angles of inclination of the photographs according to pictures of the horizon taken in different directions. For greater accuracy and simplicity in the measurement and computation procedure, the mutual inclination angles of the photographs are determined according to the mutual evolution of the horizon lines with respect to a line of coordinate markers.
