PHOTOELECTRIC EXPOSURE METERS METHODS OF TESTING.

Abstract

All Union Government Standards are listed which are applicable to photoelectric exposure meters. The standards establish methods for: checking the calibration of exposure meters for illuminance and brightness; determination of basic error in exposure meters; checking the moving parts of exposure meters; checking the opaqueness of the housings; determination of temperature error; determination of fatigue; determination of coefficient and angles of perception; determination of stability of exposure meters to mechanical influences; determination of stability to climatic influences.
