EFFECT OF NUCLEAR RADIATION OF CADMIUM TELLURIDE PHOTOCELLS,

Abstract

The parameters of CdTe photocells were studied as a function of time and changes in the diode and photocell characteristics were explained by the origin of acceptor levels during storage in air. The effect of nuclear radiation was determined on the CdTe photocell characteristics. (Author)
