PROGRESS REPORT ON WORK UNIT UTILITY

Abstract

The paper summarizes and illustrates some of the early findings of research to determine how soldiers in Mental Category 4 and in other mental categories on the Armed Forces Qualification Test compare in the performance of jobs. Tests are described and results shown with data gathered from five selected MOSs.
