SHARPNESS OF AN IMAGE TRANSMITTED BY STROBOSCOPE TO AN IMAGE ORTHICON,

Abstract

Given are correlations determining the sharpness drop of the transmitted image boundaries of a fast moving object and taking into consideration storage and memory characteristics of the superorthicon in the standard scanning. Presented are the results of experimental investigation of a system on the tube LI-17 for the cases of lighting an object by a pulse light source continuous in time. (Author)
