AN ASSIGNMENT OF THE PROTON MAGNETIC RESONANCE SPECTRUM OF B10H14 AT 220 MHz.

Abstract

The 220 MHz proton nmr spectra of B10H14 and labeled derivatives have allowed the assignment of the major resonances to specific hydrogen atoms in the decaborane structure. The nmr measurements are solvent dependent with the largest shifts observed in the bridge hydrogen and B(2 and 4) hydrogen resonances. (Author)
