HYDRODYNAMIC DATA FROM EXPLODING WIRES

Abstract

Hydrodynamic data are presented, and compared with previous data and theory, for a series of 41 nearly identical wires exploded between 4 in. above to 4 in. below the surface of a large volume of water under normal atmospheric pressure.
