QUASILOSSLESS TRANSFER SCATTERING MATRIX SYNTHESIS.

Abstract

The work is a continuation of passive quasilossless time-varying synthesis methods by factorization of a class of the transfer scattering matrix. The transfer scattering description of networks is not as general as the scattering description, but a synthesis that results directly from the transfer scattering matrix may produce new leads for a different approach to time-varying lossy synthesis and may even carve a path to synthesis of networks with time delays. This work does not present the complete theory of transfer scattering synthesis, because only one of many forms of the transfer scattering matrix is presented. (Author)
