INTERNATIONAL SEMINAR ON THE STUDY OF PHYSICS OF INTERPLANETARY SPACE WITH THE AID OF COSMIC RAYS. TRANSACTIONS (SELECTED ARTICLES),

Abstract

The document consists of two reports. The first concerns the electron component of solar cosmic rays and presents the analysis of characteristics of electron fluxes and possible mechanisms of their propagation in the interplanetary space. The second report is a brief review of the development of investigation of solar cosmic rays propagation in interplanetary space and modulation effects of galactic cosmic rays carried out in Soviet Union and abroad with the aim of obtaining the information about interplanetary conditions.
