GUIDE FOR CONDUCTING PERSONNEL AND TRAINING RESEARCH IN SUPPORT OF ADVANCED SHIP PROGRAMS.
Abstract
The report summarizes the results of studies conducted to determine personnel and training research requirements to support Navy Advanced Shipbuilding Programs. Included is a description of an 8-phase construct of ship development, an outline of personnel and training research tasks to be performed during each of these 8 phases in conjunction with other project activities, and a Guide of procedures recommended for conducting these research tasks.
