FUNDAMENTALS OF GAS FLAME THEORY,

Abstract

Principles of aerodynamic theory and methods of calculating gas jets are covered in this monograph. Problems of the flow structure, turbulent combustion of nonmixed gases, and thermal regimes of flames are discussed. Some special problems are reviewed dealing with high velocity combustion and flame interaction with an electromagnetic field. The monograph is intended for engineers dealing with thermal physics, power engineering, and mechanical engineering. It may also be of use to postgraduate students and students specializing in thermal physics and heat engineering. (Author)
