DEVELOPMENT OF FLIGHT LINE TOOL BOX FOR USE AT A/AEE.

Abstract

The report describes the development of a machine used to manufacture tool trays from polystyrene sheet using a temperature/vacuum forming technique. The trays moulded to suit tools selected by individual tradesmen as being needed for 1st line servicing of aircraft, enable tradesmen to check quickly that all their tools have been removed from the aircraft on completion of their work.
