NON-THERMAL EFFECTS OF ALTERNATING ELECTRICAL FIELDS ON BIOLOGICAL STRUCTURES.

Abstract

A summary is given of a research program involving the following phases: The feasibility of rapidly freezing and thawing blood; The dielectric properties of hemoglobin bound water; Electrical properties of erythrocytes; Field induced force effects and their biological significance; Survey of biohazards and related biophysics. A list of the 59 publications resulting from the work is included.
