COLLECTIVE FARM MANAGEMENT IMPROVEMENTS CALLED FOR.

Abstract

The article indicates the Soviet collective farm system to be viable. It has changed the rural life by expanding and mechanizing agriculture, thereby increasing public production. Soviet State assistance is given to the rural areas yearly and the farmer may exploit this assistance. Economics plays an increasing role in collective farming and every farm manager needs a background in economic principles.
