SMALL ANGLE X-RAY DIFFRACTION FROM CRYSTALLINE POLYMERS.

Abstract

Small angle x-ray diffraction and electron microscopic examinations were made of crystalline bulk polymers (polyethylene and polyoxyethylene) with particular respect to crystal thickness and regularity. Major problems attendant to pattern interpretation are examined. (Author)
