Abstract
The volume presents all documentation available to aid the user of the computer program developed in this work. The input format section provides an explanation of all of the quantities input to the computer program. Many of the inputs are defined by equations showing how they function in the program. This makes the use of the inputs as clear as possible. Four typical sets of input data are included as working examples. The output guide gives a thorough discussion of all of the forms of computer output obtained by the user.
