Abstract

The book presents a comprehensive and systematic study of the fundamentals of cleaning, degassing, and evacuation of vacuum devices and mechanisms. The extensive experience, scattered over current Soviet and foreign scientific and technical literature, is summarized and supplemented by new original interpretations of physical mechanisms of these complex processes of electrovacuum technology.
