Abstract

The document reports on investigation of the effectiveness of team consensus feedback proficiency maintenance methods for maintaining and improving the proficiency of image interpreters--specifically, determination whether the target detection skill of individual interpreters can be improved by feedback which team members generate for themselves as they compare and discuss their work.
