EFFECTS OF DRUGS ON SENSORIMOTOR PROCESSES AND MENTATION.

Abstract

This is an annual progress report for the period, 1 May 1969 through 1 May 1970. It presents brief summaries of research activities under four major headings: (1) studies of auditory functioning, (2) muscular fatigue, endurance and perceived exertion, (3) psychophysical studies of rate changes of pulsed stimuli, and (4) effects of drugs on speech, as well as liaison activities. During the past year a total of eight research projects have been completed. Three research projects are currently in progress. Five of these projects are in preparation for publication as technical reports and/or papers in the scientific literature. (Author)
