REFERENCE MANUAL FOR NARP, AN ASSEMBLER FOR THE SDS 940,

Abstract

NARP (new ARPAS) is a one-pass assembler for the SDS 940 with literal, subprogram, conditional assembly, and macro facilities. The source language for NARP, primarily a one-for-one representation of machine language written in symbolic form, is very similar to that for ARPAS (another assembler for the 940).
