INERTIA AND ENERGY EFFECTS IN THE DEVELOPING GAS FILM BETWEEN TWO PARALLEL FLAT PLATES.

Abstract

Inertia and temperature effects in entrance flow between parallel flat plates are investigated by using both boundary layer theory and an approximate analysis. The approximate theory is implemented by a gas table similar to those for conventional Fanno-line computations. (Author)
