Abstract

A short characterization of the main results obtained during the Grant period are presented. These are followed by a list of publications on work supported by the Grant. Topics covered include the following: Temperature effects in GaAs and Gunn diodes; Harmonic generation in Gunn diodes; Microwave radiation from InSb-NiSb eutectic; Thin film emitters; Pulse compression radar; Weakly linked superconductors; Plasma confinement and acceleration; Interaction of lasers with surfaces; Plasma instabilities.
