STRATEGIES FOR ADMINISTRATIVE REFORM,
Abstract
'Strategies' constitute an important dimension of administrative reforms. In the sense of overall guidelines or 'mega-policies,' strategies provide a framework both for behavioral analysis of historic administrative reforms and for prescriptions on how to improve future administrative reforms. Main administrative strategy dimensions for consideration and decision are discussed. (Author)
