MILITARY EXCHANGE FACILITIES FUNDING PRACTICES.

Abstract

A study is made of the funding of military exchange facilities through the military construction appropriation and through the use of non-appropriated funds. The study presents funding alternatives with recommendations of priority in the use of funds and a funding decision model. (Author)
