LOW TEMPERATURE PHYSICS.

Abstract

The report provides a brief summary of the scientific achievements gained in a three-year study of low temperature physics. Topics include second sound in solids, thermal conductivity and Poiseuille flow in a phonon gas, superconducting semiconductors, and second sound in dilute helium 3 - helium 4 mixtures. A list of publications emanating from the project, and a roster of scientific personnel are also provided. (Author)
