THE FLOW PERPENDICULAR TO FLAT PLATES,

Abstract

The flow perpendicular to a plane cascade and to a single plate is calculated by using the free boundary theory. The calculations are compared with experimental results. The flow in front of a circular plate is also investigated experimentally. (Author)
