THE STABILITY CRITERION FOR VORTICES BY LUDWIEG AND ITS APPLICATION TO SOME EXPERIMENTAL RESULTS,
Abstract
It is shown that for a vortex in a viscous fluid, Ludwieg's stability criterion will give instability in the center of the vortex. Experimental research seems also to confirm this. (Author)
