A METHOD OF DAMPING WIND SPEED (Ob Odnom Sposobe Dempfirovaniya Skorosti Vetra),

Abstract

A gyroscopic method of damping a wind velocity sensor is discussed in this article. The wind receiver is the sensor of the M-27 anemometer. The article presents a numerical example which show that the method discussed provides a transient process time on the order of 600 seconds. (Author)
