OFFICER PERSONNEL COSTS: PILOTS AND NAVAL FLIGHT OFFICERS PROCURED THROUGH AVROC AND OCS PROGRAMS,

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to satisfy a need for personnel costing methodology for officers procured through the Aviation Reserve Officer Candidate and Officer Candidate School Programs who participate in Pilot and Naval Flight Officer programs. The costs presented in this report were aggregated by program (OCS, AVROC) and within program by aircraft type (A4, A6A, etc.), and further by type of duty (pilot, navigator, etc.). (Author)
