PROJECT: LEADERSHIP TRAINING

Abstract

The objective was to develop a review and integration of the current social psychological and sociological literature relevant to leadership in formal organizations. The work during the first year of the project consisted of abstracting and cataloging approximately 900 references: the projected outline of the review is presented as an appendix to the report.
