Abstract

The document is concerned with how video-tape recordings (VTR) can be used to supplement or improve direct observation as a data collection method. The purpose was to make a thorough and systematic field study of how VTR can be used in evaluation of maintenance or operator activities in personnel subsystem testing and evaluation of new weapons systems.
