A METHOD FOR THE SYSTEMATIC DESIGN OF A SUBMARINE SONAR DISPLAY/CONTROL SUBSYSTEM.

Abstract

A method is outlined for the systematic design of a submarine sonar display/control subsystem. The unique nature of the submarine sonar operator's functions is the primary determinant of the design procedure. The results are presented as a 67-step procedure within the context of the overall system design process. (Author)
