REQUIREMENTS FOR DIGITAL CONTROL OF ELECTROPLATING PROCESS.

Abstract

Various modes of control for an electroplating process are discussed. The advantages of a digital system for such control are presented and compared to an analog system. The equipment necessary to implement the digital control system is specified. (Author)
